Role Overview
As a Casual Cleaner, you’ll deliver high-quality cleaning services across commercial and domestic sites, ensuring safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform cleaning tasks to a high standard within set time frames.
* Follow WHS guidelines.
* Maintain clear communication and complete required documentation.
* Keep cleaning equipment in good condition and manage stock levels.
* Perform cleaning tasks efficiently and to a high standard across various sites.
* Follow designated workflows, training guidelines, and procedures.
* Ensure cleaning methods comply with WHS and infection control protocols.
* Complete assigned tasks within the allocated time frames.
* Represent Gold Coast Cleans professionally and with a positive attitude.
Requirements
Essential:
* Driver’s license & own vehicle.
* Ability and willingness to travel across the Gold Coast to various client homes and job sites.
* Flexible availability. We are looking for team members available to work:
o Standard hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
o Weekends: Saturday, Sundays and Public Holidays
* Strong attention to detail & time management.
* Working with Children’s Check & Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
