The Insurance Claims Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the company's insurance program, collaborating with local and international stakeholders. This involves managing corporate and project-related claims with third parties, building strong relationships, and serving as an insurance expert.
This position entails being the primary point of contact for all insurance-related inquiries across the Australian and New Zealand operations.

Responsibilities and Requirements
* Experience managing a corporate insurance program, either in-house or as a client-facing broker;
* Strong attention to detail, particularly in financial forecasting;
* Managing insurance claims from notification through settlement and subrogated recovery, with clear examples of advantageous outcomes for insured parties;
* Understanding and ability to interpret and modify contracts related to insurance obligations;
* Able to travel internationally and interstate when required; and
* Eligibility for a government security clearance.
