We are seeking an experienced Leading Hand Concreter to join our growing business. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who takes pride in running jobs to a high standard without the stress of managing the business side.
Work Locations:
Multiple sites across Brisbane
About the Role:
* Lead and manage a crew to consistently deliver high-quality concrete work
* Read plans, organise daily works, and ensure projects are completed efficiently
* Maintain a safe, productive, and professional worksite
* Work on the tools alongside your crew
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience as a Leading Hand or senior concreter
* Minimum 9+ years of concreting experience required
* Ability to lead a solid, reliable crew to a high standard
* 5+ years of crew leadership experience required
* Strong communication and leadership skills
* White Card (mandatory)
* Excavator or machine experience is a bonus
* Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and pride in your work
