Are you a driven and capable litigation lawyer ready to step into a leadership role? My client is looking for a Senior Lawyer with strong litigation experience to join their growing team. You’ll take the lead on a high volume of motor vehicle claims matters, supervise a small team of junior lawyers and legal assistants, and be part of a collaborative, supportive culture where everyone is happy to help. This is an exciting opportunity with a fast paced, high energy litigation firm – currently handling over 450 active files each month. What you'll do Taking full carriage of motor vehicle claims litigation matters Supervising and mentoring a small team of 5 junior lawyers and support staff Running files independently with a focus on strategy, client interaction, and outcomes Drafting court documents and correspondence to a high standard Engaging in regular client communication, with daily and monthly KPIs to motivate your growth (no time recording) Reporting directly to the firm's Principal, who provides daily training and open door support What we need 4 years PAE in litigation (motor vehicle claims highly desirable) Demonstrated leadership or mentoring experience Ability to manage files independently and hit the ground running A friendly, team oriented mindset – someone who thrives in a close knit, collaborative environment Why this role?
