A unique opportunity has become available for an Executive Assistant and Internal Communications Coordinator.
**What will you do?**
You will be supporting the executive leaders of the region with
- Calendar management and meeting management for key executives
- Oversee the regional travel booking and approval
- Coordinating approvals for expenditure
- Planning and coordination of events and conferences
- Coordination of internal communication and PR activities
- Facilitate executive-led meetings including town halls
- Maintain agreed cadence distribution of internal comms
- Update company intranet, the social media app
**What are we looking for?**
- Experience supporting executive-level managers with a high degree of confidentiality
- Exceptional organisational and calendar management skills
- High levels of autonomy, initiative, flexibility, and adaptability
- Experience with internal communications is highly desirable
- Flawless communication and presentation skills
