Key Role in Library Quality and Planning
The position of Manager, Library Quality and Planning plays a pivotal role within the University Library by supporting library leaders to achieve their goals in quality management, planning, and staff development.
This role contributes significantly to both strategic and operational initiatives across the Library, fostering an engaged, positive, and forward-looking environment that supports the full range of services and activities.
* Proven ability to work collaboratively with leaders across an organisation in areas such as staff development, quality management, planning, and/or staff capability initiatives within a higher education context—or equivalent knowledge gained through education, training, and experience.
