About the Role
Working as part of a collaborative customer service team, you will play a key role in supporting both commercial and domestic customers. Your focus will be on delivering proactive service, managing orders efficiently, and contributing to strong customer relationships.
Key responsibilities include:
* Providing enthusiastic, professional customer service via phone and email
* Creating sales opportunities through proactive service and product knowledge
* Accepting, processing, and managing customer orders accurately
* Liaising with internal departments to meet customer requirements
* Meeting and exceeding customer expectations and internal KPIs/KRAs
* Following company systems and procedures to ensure service consistency
* Promoting and selling products where appropriate
For senior candidates: supporting team members, assisting with workflow, and contributing to continuous improvement
About You
