Their portfolio spans education, health, aged care, light industrial, and community-use facilities - with project values typically ranging from $5M to $25M. They maintain a collaborative, solutions-focused culture and offer real career progression for driven professionals.
The Role
As Project Manager, you will oversee the full project lifecycle from procurement to delivery. You'll lead a dedicated team of Site Managers, Contract Administrators, and Forepersons, and work closely with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of project delivery from pre-construction through to handover
Develop and monitor construction programs, budgets, and contract performance
Coordinate with site and office teams to ensure seamless execution
Lead client and consultant meetings, including reporting and issue resolution
Ensure all compliance, WHS, and quality standards are met across the project
Assist with subcontractor procurement and negotiation
Provide leadership and mentorship to junior staff
About You
Proven experience as a Project Manager within the commercial construction sector
Strong understanding of building methodologies, contract administration, and cost control
Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and drive outcomes
Clear and confident communicator with strong client-facing skills
Proficient with construction software.
Tertiary qualification in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
