Strategic Leadership Opportunity

This is a rare opportunity to take on a leadership role within an organisation dedicated to creating meaningful social impact. As Deputy CEO, you will play a key part in driving organisational transformation and leading the way for future growth.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in senior leadership roles, with experience in building inclusive teams and fostering a positive organisational culture. They will be able to contribute strategically and act as CEO in their absence.

Key responsibilities include providing strategic and operational leadership across the organisation, partnering with the CEO and Board on long-term strategy and transformation, and leading with compassion and purpose to deliver lasting outcomes for women and children.

The successful candidate will also have experience in developing, reviewing, and maintaining organisational policies and procedures, as well as overseeing the implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of programs/services.

In addition, they will have a strong understanding of governance principles, including preparing reports, tenders, and strategic papers to inform Board decision-making. Financial governance and oversight are also essential skills for this role.

Job Description

Provide strategic and operational leadership across the organisation

Required Skills and Qualifications

* Minimum of three years' experience in a similar senior leadership role
* Tertiary qualifications in business management, quality management, community services, leadership or related discipline
