We're now looking for a Warehouse Assistant to join our busy team in Coolum and help keep our operations running smoothly.
What You'll Be Doing
As part of our Warehouse & Logistics team, you'll play a hands-on role in the day-to-day flow of stock and materials:
* Safely operate forklifts to move goods around the warehouse
* Receive and check deliveries from suppliers
* Pick and pack orders for production on time and with accuracy
* Support stock distribution to production teams (including Kanban replenishment)
* Maintain accurate inventory through stock checks and ERP/MRP entries
* Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and well-organised
* Pitch in wherever needed to keep things moving and targets met
What We're Looking For
* We're after team players who are practical, proactive, and ready to get stuck in. Ideally, you'll bring:
* A current forklift licence with safe operating experience
* Previous warehousing, logistics, or pick-pack experience (2+ years ideal)
* ERP or MRP system knowledge (or the ability to pick it up quickly)
* Strong numeracy and computer skills, including handheld scanners
* Great communication and a collaborative mindset
* A "doer" attitude – quick to learn, hands-on, and happy to help wherever needed
