As we continue to grow, we are looking to expand our domestic wholesale sales team with both experienced meat sales professionals and trainee salespeople, particularly retail butchers looking to take the next step in their career.
About the Role
This fulltime position is Monday to Friday and involves managing and growing a portfolio of wholesale customers. You'll work closely with butchers, supermarkets, and other retailers, representing Midfield's trusted products and delivering great customer service.
We are looking for :
· Experienced Wholesale Meat Salesperson
· current Retail Butchers looking to transition into sales.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers.
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
· Provide product advice and support to meet customer needs.
· Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
· Keep up to date with industry trends and product knowledge.
What we're looking for -
Experienced Salespeople
· Background in wholesale meat sales, processing, or distribution
· Strong understanding of meat cuts and customer needs
· Excellent relationship building and communication skills.
· Proven ability to work independently and manage a client base.
OR
Retail Butchers
· Currently working as a retail butcher or similar role
· Solid knowledge of meat products and customer service
· Looking to transition into a sales career
· Motivated, reliable, and eager to learn.
