About the Role
This executive director will lead a business unit that includes finance, reporting, risk, audit, legal, and compliance functions. The successful candidate will provide strategic financial advice to senior leaders, develop and manage budgets and investment portfolios, and ensure compliance with legislative and regulatory obligations.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide strategic financial guidance to the CEO, Board, and Executive Team
* Develop and implement budgeting and forecasting processes
* Manage enterprise-wide risk and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Qualifications and Skills
* CPA or CA qualification
* Over 10 years' experience in senior finance leadership
* Proven track record in governance, risk, and compliance within the not-for-profit or charitable sector
