About Us:

A.G Coombs are Australia’s Leading Building Services Specialists. We provide end-to-end capability; an integrated range of technical services for all systems in buildings, from advisory and design through to installation, commissioning, maintenance and ongoing operation and management.

The Role:

As Office Administration, you will be the first point of contact for team, clients and visitors and will provide professional support.

This is a highly administrative position. You will manage a wide variety of tasks on a day-to-day basis. Strong attention to detail, professional phone manner, and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once are essential.

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

- Answering phone calls

- Greeting clients and visitors

- Respond to face-to-face, telephone and email enquiries promptly and professionally

- Office coordination

- Paperwork and filing

- Managing office supplies and facilities

- Support general administrative tasks across the business

Skills & Experience:

- You will have a ‘can do’ attitude

- Previous experience in an administrative role is desirable

- Strong communication skills and a professional, polished approach

- Proactive and detail-oriented

- Time management skills

- Computer skills – Microsoft application experience preferred (Outlook, Excel, Word)

- Reliable

- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
