This opportunity sits within a specialist, close-knit team overseeing approximately 35 schemes and around 600 lots, while being supported by the infrastructure and resources of a larger organisation. The wider business continues to expand and is recognised for its collaborative culture, strong leadership, and supportive environment.
An exciting opening is now available for an experienced Strata Manager to join their south/bayside Brisbane office. You'll be part of a welcoming, social, and high-performing team with a proven track record. In this role, you will take ownership of a well-maintained portfolio of circa 100 buildings, supported by a dedicated Assistant, whom you will mentor and develop. The position offers autonomy and the opportunity to shape your portfolio management style.
The Role
* Manage a portfolio of strata properties with full accountability for day-to-day operations
* Build and maintain strong relationships with owners and committees
* Organise, attend, and facilitate meetings both in the office and onsite
* Interpret and communicate technical and legislative information clearly
* Apply a sound understanding of strata legislation in daily practice
* Coordinate contractors and support body corporate requirements
* Oversee insurance renewals and claims processes
* Work independently while maintaining a high level of service delivery
* Deliver clear, professional written and verbal communication at all times
