Assistant Manager Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as a Assistant Manager. As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Publican to keep the pub running smoothly, safely, and with a great vibe.
A Day in the Life of an Assistant Manager:
* Get to know the locals so well they think you're part of the crew
* Support the Publican to maintain high standards of customer service and ensure the pub is always clean and tidy
* Learn the ropes of being a Publican while leading a team of hospitality professionals
* Handle any issues that may arise and resolve them efficiently
* Bring energy, enthusiasm, and a smile to every shift
Inherent Requirements:
This role requires manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties. Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.

You have experience working in a similar role and have learned from great managers. You are confident, proud, and possess excellent people skills, making you the ideal candidate to be the face of the pub when the boss is away.
