This hands-on senior consulting role is ideally suited to someone with agency recruitment experience who enjoys building long term client partnerships and delivering high-quality recruitment outcomes across temporary/labour hire and/or permanent recruitment. You’ll join a supportive, collaborative team with a strong reputation and loyal client base, providing the platform to focus on what you do best: building strategic client relationships, growing accounts and delivering consistent revenue performance. About the Role You will manage your own recruitment desk, taking ownership of client relationships, business development, and revenue growth across a diverse regional client base. This role offers autonomy, variety, and the chance to make a genuine impact within a well-established regional market. Key Responsibilities Recruitment Delivery: Manage end-to-end recruitment across temp and/or permanent vacancies Source, assess, and place high-quality candidates Build and maintain strong talent pipelines Reverse market candidates to create new opportunities Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships Manage client expectations and deliver high service standards Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities Build a sustainable pipeline of new clients Contribute to overall sales performance Operational and Compliance: Ensure recruitment activities meet compliance and quality standards Maintain accurate CRM and recruitment documentation Track activity, placements, and outcomes About You You are a commercially minded recruitment professional who values long-term relationships over transactional sales and thrives in a professional, collaborative environment.
