Leadership Role - Store Operations
In this leadership role, you will oversee the daily operations of a retail store, responsible for leading and coaching a team to achieve sales targets and maintain a high standard of customer service. Direct responsibility includes driving visual merchandising guidelines, maintaining stock levels, and liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities
* Lead, coach, and develop a team of up to 10 employees
* Drive store presentations in line with visual merchandising guidelines
* Maintain accurate inventory levels and work closely with the stock allocator to minimize stock discrepancies
* Prepare and monitor sales reports and other key performance indicators
Requirements
* Proven track record in retail management or a related field
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong organizational and time management skills
