Job Description
As the Recruitment Service Lead, you are responsible for leading, coaching and mentoring a team of Navy Team Leaders to drive recruiting success for Navy.
You will deliver high-volume, technical recruitment and provide a high-touch candidate experience to a sizeable candidate pipeline. Your role will involve developing and leading a high-performing, nationally dispersed recruitment team and executing tactical and strategic recruitment operational activities to meet client and company objectives related to volume and velocity of targets. You will develop and deliver tactical recruitment strategies that optimise and maximise candidate attraction, pipeline management, and ultimate target achievement.
You will:
* Lead, coach, and develop a team of Recruitment Team Leaders to ensure delivery excellence and exceptional recruitment performance.
* Apply detailed data analysis to gain a deep understanding of Service operational requirements and closely monitor potential target delivery shortfalls from a service delivery or viable candidate pipeline perspective.
* Collaborate consistently and closely with Target Fulfilment and Enlistment teams to ensure the successful enlistment of candidates.
* Coach and develop team to have a strong understanding of ADF roles, criteria, and legislation to assist them to create the best possible outcome for candidates.
* Contribute to DFR's national recruitment strategy through the delivery of market leading, strategic recruitment solutions, constantly focussed on meeting the recruiting needs of the services, particularly across roles for the service you are responsible for
* Contribute to the management of the Adecco DFR Recruitment P&L, ensuring profitability, revenue and target expectations are met.
* Continuously review and monitor processes across the recruitment life cycle to ensure compliance and efficiency; identifying opportunities to influence process improvement.
* Apply DFR governance, policy and process to all operational activities and coach direct reports and team to always understand and adhere to processes.
* Review and analyse operational performance on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis, providing comprehensive reporting and insights to the leadership team, as required.
* Work collaboratively as a member of the National Recruitment Leadership team to build a culture of inclusion, transparency, learning and collaboration.
* Successfully partner with Defence and subcontractors with an inclusive, transparent, consultative, and collaborative approach to ensure target achievement.
* Develop, manage, and maintain a high service level client relationship through the provision of services that meet or exceed the expectations of Defence and the DFR Adecco contract, further encouraging a strong and ongoing relationship between Adecco and the Commonwealth of Australia.
Candidate's Profile
As a senior leader in recruitment delivery and national operational management, you will bring strong leadership and demonstrated knowledge of complex recruitment delivery. Your diverse career experience and success in delivering candidate and customer focused results will ensure critical recruitment targets for Navy are met.
Your background will demonstrate:
* Extensive leadership and coaching experience in development of large, high performing, high volume, nationally dispersed recruitment and/or customer service teams.
* Demonstrated experience delivering large scale, complex operational services utilising data and metrics to improve performance and achieve results.
* Demonstrated experience consistently delivering to contractual and operational targets in a fast paced, high-volume RPO or similar internal recruitment environment.
* Consultative and collaborative relationship-building skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional client and candidate experiences.
* Demonstrated ability to implement, deliver and cascade organisational goals, including resource management of teams, monitoring of commercial targets, risk and issue identification, management, and resolution.
* High level of skill in data analysis in identify operational issues, risks and experience in mid-term action planning to remediate and reach contractual and operational targets.
* Demonstrated experience in coaching and leading individuals and teams, specifically in building a learning, training, and skill development work environment to upgrade team knowledge, capability, and service delivery.
* Resilient, considered, consultative and informed leadership style with experience working with and reporting to senior executive.
