About You We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Nurse with a strong passion for mental health care. The ideal candidate will possess the following key qualifications and skills: Qualifications : Registered with the Nursing & Midwifery Board of Australia and holding a current practising certificate, alongside a qualification equivalent to a Graduate Diploma in Mental Health Nursing. Leadership Skills : Strong leadership abilities, including effective communication, problem-solving, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills, with experience in coordinating and supervising nursing staff. Experience : A minimum of three years post-registration experience, showcasing competence in caring for individuals with complex mental health needs and a proven track record in facilitating change within multidisciplinary teams. Knowledge : Comprehensive understanding of mental health nursing theories, national competencies, and relevant legislation, as well as familiarity with quality improvement systems and community support services.
