With over 180 years of knowledge, experience and advice for its clients, Elders continues to focus on their commitment to the future of Australian agriculture.The Opportunity:Elders are embarking on a transformation program which will technically enhance the way they work and provide far more efficient outcomes to their customers and employees.As the Senior Business Analyst, you will be a key member of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementation team and be responsible for working with finance end users and the IT teams to ensure business requirements are delivered through the new solutions.Key responsibilities:Facilitate discussions with project and business stakeholders to map as-is and to-be processes and procedures.Analyse workflows to create process maps and identify areas for improvement.Develop user stories with clear acceptance criteria.Analyse the projects functional and non-functional requirements.Undertake current and future state gap analysis and assess changes and impacts to ensure that strategy and transition planning meet program objectives.Support business readiness assessments and change engagement activities.What we are looking for:You will have proven experience in a senior business analyst or consultant role delivering outcomes for a multi project digital transformation program.You will be a skilled communicator with a consultative approach and the ability to develop relationships among many stakeholders at all levels.Experience in Dynamics 365 CRM or similar CRMs is highly desirable.If you are ready to take the next step in your Senior Business Analyst career, this is an exciting opportunity to be a key member of the D365 Program at Elders, a company that promotes a positive and healthy work-life balance for employees.
