About the role:
Reporting to the Service Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
* Working within Patterson Cheney policies, guidelines and standards
* Scheduling customer service repair orders, obtaining a clear brief from the customer as to any issues
* Preparing invoices and closing allocated repairs
* Being transparent and honest with the customer, with estimated completion times and provide updates as required
* Ensuring the customers' expectations are exceeded throughout the experience
* Providing support to other service advisors
* Assisting the Workshop Manager in resolving any customer-related concerns
The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:
* Must have previous dealership experience in a similar role
* Exceptional customer service skills
* Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
* Sound organisational skills and time management
* Demonstrated ability to mentor and coach staff
* Ability to neutralise conflict
* Strong focus on creating customer experiences
