About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Design Manager / Project Manager with a background in water, mining or industrial sectors. In this role, you'll:
* Contribute to one of Adelaide's largest water-sector consulting teams, working on projects with nationwide impact.
* Collaborate with industry-leading clients, including SA Water, Logan City Council and more.
* Oversee design projects, ensuring top-tier quality, timely delivery and outstanding results.
* Prepare design fee estimates and ensure projects meet legal, quality and client standards.
* Drive future-ready strategies that address regulatory compliance, risk mitigation and sustainability.
About You:
You're a problem solver, leader and collaborator with advanced technical expertise, project management skills and experience in the Water (preferred), Industrial or Mining sector.
Key Requirements:
* A recognised degree in Civil, Mechanical, Chemical or Electrical Engineering.
* Demonstrated leadership in design delivery and conflict resolution within partnerships or Joint Venture settings.
* Advanced technical expertise and project management skills.
