Franchise Performance Manager Home Care – New Franchise Owners – Join Right at Home Australia

Right at Home Australia is seeking a dynamic Performance Manager with industry and/or franchise experience to guide new owners through their start-up journey and ensure they deliver industry leading homecare services.
About the Role
As the “Right Start Performance Manager”, you’ll be the primary point of contact for new home care franchise owners, supporting them from initial training through to opening their doors. You’ll coordinate with our head office internal teams, manage new office compliance, support business growth strategies, and provide expert guidance to help franchisees achieve operational excellence and outstanding care quality.
What You’ll Do
* Project manage multiple new home care franchise start-ups
* Provide hands-on support and training on systems, policies, and procedures with the support of SME’s
* Monitor compliance and operational performance through audits and field visits
* Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless client and carer onboarding
* Act as a trusted advisor and ambassador for the Right at Home brand.
What We’re Looking For
* Previous in-home care experience and/ or franchise coaching will be highly regarded.
* Strong organisational and project management skills.
* Experience with enterprise management systems
* Previous management experience essential; franchising or aged care experience
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Strong presentation skills
* Tech-savvy
