We're a leading Australian food manufacturer specializing in delicious rice-based snacks and crackers under a well-known brand. Due to significant growth, we're expanding our team and seeking a dedicated Maintenance Fitter to join our busy operations in Dandenong (3175).

What you'll bring:
* A Certificate III in Engineering (Mechanical Trade).
* Proven experience as a Maintenance Fitter in a manufacturing setting, with a strong preference for experience in food, beverage, or dairy production.
* The ability to weld (MIG is essential, TIG is a bonus).
* Machining skills.
* Familiarity with machinery such as conveyors, form, fill & seal machines, mixers, and pressure cookers.
* A collaborative spirit and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Your Responsibilities:
You'll be crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our production lines, performing preventative maintenance, and responding to breakdowns to minimize downtime.
Shifts Available:
* Day Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
* Afternoon Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
