Reporting to the Senior Commercial Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting both the ADSS Commercial Function and project delivery teams through strategic commercial oversight and contractual management. This is a senior role requiring strong commercial acumen, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to manage complex and high-value contractual arrangements across multiple concurrent initiatives. Youâll be joining a high-performing team committed to excellence, innovation, and delivery in a vital national industry. Responsibilities  The key responsibilities of the role will include, but is not limited to: Contribute to the development, negotiation, review and management of contracts to effectively mitigate risks and maximise opportunities Manage client concerns or issues in a timely and effective manner Contribute to negotiations of key subcontracts and purchase orders, ensuring appropriate flow downs, addressing risks, and incorporating compensation provisions from the contract Responsible for creating and managing subcontracts, ensuring alignment with project requirements and organisational standards Provide support to projects by overseeing all commercial aspects of affiliated contracts. Ensure fulfillment of contract requirements and interface with internal business functions to guarantee and assure contract compliance Utilise specialised knowledge and skills to solve complex and unique problems related to commercial and procurement activities Evaluate and manage project commercial risks, ensuring alignment with KBRâs internal policies. This includes overseeing finance, insurance, controls, estimating, compliance, and procurement activities within the project. Collaborate with internal business functions to provide comprehensive support to projects. This involves interfacing with various stakeholders to address project requirements and challenges. Qualifications, Skills and Experience  Essential:  Current AGSVA Baseline security clearance Bachelorâs degree in Business, Law or Finance or demonstrated relevant professional experience 10 years of experience in Defence and Government commercial management or procurement Demonstrated experience in negotiation and support Well-developed communication skills Experienced user of MS Office products.
