Operations Planning Roles
We are currently seeking talented Operations Engineers to join our team at the Rosebery Underground Operation in Tasmania.
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of operational and technical requirements, with 2-5 years of experience in underground metalliferous mining. They will be responsible for ensuring safe and efficient execution of drilling, blasting, development, and backfilling activities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with production engineers, operations superintendents, and shift supervisors to ensure shift plans align with operational targets
* Provide input into weekly schedules, prioritizing practicality, accuracy, and alignment with broader mine planning objectives
* Act as a key link between technical and operational teams, ensuring the long-term mine plan supports short-term execution
