We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to join our team as an Advanced Peer Worker. The successful candidate will work closely with consumers of mental health services, providing support and guidance to facilitate their recovery.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has a personal lived experience of mental illness and recovery. As an Advanced Peer Worker, you will have the chance to model recovery strategies, plan and deliver support services, and make a real difference in the lives of others.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement recovery strategies under general direction
* Facilitate the development, planning, and delivery of support services to consumers of mental health services
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Personal lived experience of mental illness and recovery
* Certificate IV in Mental Health Peer Work or equivalent (highly desirable)
* Experience working within a public mental health service or NGO sector (highly desirable)
