Operations Manager - Contract Delivery
The Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution and delivery of cleaning services. They will oversee contract performance, manage service delivery teams, and maintain strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop comprehensive operational plans for all sites and project manage their implementation with area managers.
* Review fortnightly reports and take ownership of business performance metrics for allocated portfolios.
* Manage relationships with all customers in assigned portfolios, including identifying and providing feedback on sales opportunities to the business development team.
* Collaborate with area managers to prepare and submit quotes, adjusting time and resources to maximize margin.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in a managerial role within the cleaning industry.
* Strong knowledge of cleaning industry best practices and standards.
