Job Title: Office Administrator
About the Role
This is a dynamic and varied role that requires a highly organized individual who can multitask with ease. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day office operations, including reception, supplies, emails, and room bookings.
* Manage front desk operations and coordinate venue hire, meetings, and catering.
* Maintain filing systems and assist with basic finance/admin tasks.
* Provide executive support to the CEO, including calendar management, email correspondence, and priority setting.
* Draft correspondence and prepare board documents.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A strong sense of initiative and excellent attention to detail.
* A people-first mindset and the emotional intelligence to engage with a wide range of stakeholders.
* Strong written communication and time management skills.
* Experience with Microsoft SharePoint and Outlook is desirable.
