1. Lead the Development Stream to define, build, and evolve end-to-end development experiences.
2. Architect the leadership journey map to ensure cohesion across talent segments and alignment with culture, tech, and capability strategies.
3. Design Impactful Leadership Experiences: Create, co-create, and curate leadership experiences that are purpose-driven, future-fit, and built with measurement and ROI at the forefront.
4. Data & Feedback Integration: Use internal and external insights to continuously improve the leadership experience and calibrate touch points for success.
5. Program Governance: Anchor rhythms for design delivery, measurement, and iteration across all leadership programs.
6. Culture Activation: Embed leadership moments that reflect our values and drive long-term talent outcomes by cultivating innovation in how leadership is shaped and experienced.
