Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
1. This role is responsible for executing the Experiential program across Victoria ensuring that Company objectives are met to support the target account base and that TaylorMade Golf is the #1 Brand Experience Company in Golf. The Technician Master Fitter is also responsible for custom fitting golf clubs and ensures the visibility and quality of TaylorMade equipment and products, while providing all other related services to satisfy customer requirements and requests.
Key Responsibilities:
2. Conduct benchmark fitting and Experiential days
3. Manage schedule to facilitate the target account strategy
4. Ensure T&E costs are kept within specified budgets
5. Assist in planning and coordinating schedules with the local TaylorMade Sales Representatives
6. Ensure all target accounts are serviced to the highest standards
7. Maintain high standard of club fitting & product knowledge
8. Develop and maintain effective partnerships with customers and consumers
9. All events are to be booked well in advance and communication maximized via TM website MYfittingEXP application and in store POS
10. Work closely with sales team on all facets of fitting strategy and event feedback
11. Willingness to travel extensively in the Victorian region
12. Willingness to travel internationally
13. Work with Accounts of TM to promote Fitting events providing all assets for successful attendance
14. Ensure security of TM product at all events & maintaining Select-Fit auditing at each event
15. Provide continuous feedback within the Experiential department
16. All demo/sample inventory is to be profitably managed and cleared on phase out timelines
17. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers by being able to recommend the correct TM product to enhance player performance
18. Plan and execute in-store training with TM platforms, with in line & during new product launches
19. Plan and execute HPS/Ambassador training
20. Offer constructive feedback to Head Office on all issues affecting business including competitor analysis
21. Other tasks as directed.

Requisite Education & Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
26. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, driven by a passion for golf, able to work autonomously and will be a strong team player
27. Friendly, outgoing and enthusiastic: high comfort level engaging with customers
28. A strong and sincere passion for the TaylorMade brand and products
29. Preferably PGA trained or qualified
30. Strong level of written and verbal communication skills; i.e. use of professional language and good judgment when interacting with customers regarding comparison of various product brands
31. Strong use of all Microsoft Office functions
32. Preferably trained with use of Trackman or Foresight GC quad
33. A team player with convincing social competencies
34. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and handle competing priorities each day
35. Enjoys working as an individual and in a team environment
36. Ability to work weekends and evenings and be on-call
37. Basic computer skills; Microsoft Office skills are essential, &
38. Industry experience or an in-depth knowledge of the golf industry is required
39. Ability to work extended hours as necessary
40. Able to work efficiently and accurately in an atmosphere of frequent interruption
41. Light physical effort equal to frequent lifting or moving of lightweight materials
