We are looking for a Clinical Manager to join the team at Tamworth Community Aged Care, a 144-bed residence on a 3 month short term Contract.
You will work closely with the Residential Manager and fellow Clinical Managers to provide clinical leadership and oversee the delivery of high-quality care to our future residents.

What Does It Take to Join Us?
Here is what we are looking for in our Clinical Manager:
* Ideally at least 2+ years experience as a Clinical Manager or within a similar role in a large aged care environment
* Excellent and up to date clinical knowledge and assessment skills
* Experience in staff supervision and development
* A working knowledge of funding and accreditation processes
* Knowledge of Care Planning

Essential Requirements:
* National Police Check (within the last 12 months) - a must-have for peace of mind and safety.
