We're on the hunt for experienced Store Managers and Assistant Store Managers, who know how to bring a team on the journey.
Lead with strong communication, smart planning and real accountability in well‐run, small to medium stores. Coach, inspire and deliver standout customer experiences, all within a supportive, down‐to‐earth environment that sets you up to succeed. Responsibilities
* Sunday to Thursday or Tuesday to Saturday – work hard, play harder with a schedule that fits your life
* Lead large, diverse teams, drive KPIs, inspire performance and deliver outstanding customer experiences while owning the success of your store end to end
* Store Managers – lead the store and end‐to‐end operations to achieve sales and service goals
* Assistant Store Managers – support the Store Manager by driving floor leadership, coaching teams, elevating customer experience and helping your store reach its full sales potential
