It is currently serviced by one Doctor who is acting as VMO right and attending to all the emergencies at the hospital.There are 2 footy fields, a town swimming pool, a gym and a civic centre.There are 2 lovely motels and a bowls club.Dysart is a mining town with an average age in the 20s, more men than women, and very few over 65 living in town.Following successful placement, eligible candidates may be entitled to receive support and financial assistance through Health Workforce Queensland's comprehensive workforce attraction and retention incentives.
