We are seeking a seasoned employment lawyer to join our Brisbane office.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide strategic advice to clients on employment and industrial relations matters, including compliance, enterprise bargaining, workplace change, and dispute management
* Draft and review employment contracts, policies, and workplace documentation
* Represent clients in courts, tribunals, and commissions on employment and industrial disputes
* Work closely with partners and colleagues in Brisbane and Sydney to deliver innovative solutions
Key Requirements:
* At least 4 years of post-admission experience in employment law
* Familiarity with federal and/or state industrial relations frameworks; experience with government clients is highly regarded
* Strong drafting, communication, and advocacy skills
* A proactive approach to client service
* The ability to manage competing matters and deadlines with professionalism
