About the Role

We are looking for a reliable, customer friendly and fast learning person to join our Operations team at our Bibra Lake, 6163 branch. Enjoy the security of this permanent full-time position working Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm! You will mostly be working in the vehicles warehouse and will work closely with your team to:

• Ensure all incoming vehicle stock is catalogued (features and damage recorded), photographed and uploaded to our system accurately and within the required timeframes
• Assist in the set-up of the auction and sale yards by moving assets around the yard in preparation for the monthly auction
• Deliver outstanding customer service to vendors and buyers by cataloguing stock correctly and upon delivery of assets to buyers
• Follow all WHS policies and procedures as required
• Work closely with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of the branch

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have the following skills and experience:

• Current & valid manual driver's license (essential)
• High attention to detail
• Competent verbal & written communication skills
• Basic computer skills/ability to use an iPad
• Ability to maintain quality standards and meet deadlines
