Aviation Services Representative

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Aviation Services Representative to join our team. This role involves ensuring the seamless experience of passengers through various airport operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist passengers during check-in, boarding and disembarkation processes.

2. Handle check-in process, verify tickets, issue boarding passes and check luggage.

3. Provide accurate flight information to passengers, including updates on delays, cancellations and gate changes.
\
4. Resolve passenger complaints and issues efficiently and professionally.
\
5. Offer support and answer questions regarding flight schedules, fares, routes and policies.
\
6. Assist passengers with special needs, including unaccompanied minors, elderly passengers and those requiring wheelchair assistance.
\
7. Ensure compliance with security procedures and protocols, including screening passengers and luggage.
\
8. Coordinate with other airport personnel and departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
\
9. Maintain accurate records and documentation for all transactions and customer interactions.
\
10. Utilise language skills to assist international passengers and communicate effectively with diverse customers.
\
11. Adhere to company's safety standards and protocols at all times.
\
12. Participate in training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills.
\
13. Foster positive relationships with colleagues, management and external stakeholders.
