Customer Service Manager Role
About the opportunity
* Manage and maintain customer satisfaction while coordinating field operations.
* Plan and schedule service, warranty, and installation jobs.
* Liaise with technicians, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
* Process sales orders and customer payments accurately.
* Handle incoming customer service calls/emails and resolve issues promptly.
* Update the daily service schedule and enter service data into the system.
The Ideal Candidate
* Degree in Business Administration or related field.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
* Familiarity with customer relationship management software.
Benefits Package
* Salary: $75,000 - $80,000 pa + super.
* Negotiable based on experience.
