Your role with us:
The Senior Product Designer plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of our products by contributing to both product strategy and exceptional user experiences. In this high-impact role, you'll collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and other key stakeholders to create user-centric designs that are aligned with business goals. Your deep understanding of design principles and user behavior will drive innovative solutions that deliver value to both users and the business.
As a senior contributor, you will also take on the responsibility of mentoring and guiding junior designers, providing feedback, and fostering a culture of design excellence. Your ability to inspire and elevate the overall design function will be key to the growth and success of the design team. You will be the champion for high-quality design, pushing the boundaries of creativity while ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

What you will do
- Own and lead complex design projects from discovery through to delivery, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align on user needs, product strategy, and design execution.
- Conduct and leverage user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform and validate design decisions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs with attention to detail and a focus on accessibility.
- Present design work and rationale to stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
- Contribute to the evolution and maintenance of our design systems and style guides.
- Informally mentor junior designers, supporting their development through feedback, critique, and collaboration.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles and help shape a strong design culture across the team.
What you will bring
- 5–8 years of experience as a Product Designer, with a strong UI and UX portfolio demonstrating end-to-end project work.
- Proven ability to work independently and lead parts of the product design process with minimal supervision.
- Strong skills in design tools such as Figma, with working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design methodologies and design thinking.
- Experience working cross-functionally within Agile product teams.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills—able to present complex ideas simply and persuasively.
- Experience designing for iOS and Android platforms is a plus.
Bonus points if you also have
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field.
- Demonstrated mentorship or coaching of junior designers.
- Familiarity with design systems at scale.
- Strategic mindset with an ability to connect user needs with business goals.
