Now we're looking for a Chef de Partie to join the team and help deliver the magic, day after day.
The Role
* Run your section with confidence and consistency in one of Sydney's most iconic Italian dining rooms
* Cook with premium produce, a wood‑fired oven and a fully kitted‑out modern kitchen
* Work closely with a skilled brigade and grow under Exec Chef Mike Eggert
* Be part of a fast, fun, high‑standard service where quality never slips
What You'll Bring
* Experience in a high‑end wine bar, restaurant or brasserie
* Calm, professional presence in an open kitchen
* Strong organisation and attention to detail — you care about doing things properly
* A genuine passion for Italian flavours, produce and technique
* Positive communication, work ethic and the ability to support those around you
* Wood‑fire experience is a bonus but not essential
