The Opportunity
This is a revenue-generating leadership role with a strong commercial focus.
The role will be responsible for driving national residential growth through strategic business development, market expansion, and high-level relationship management.
While this is a leadership role, it is not purely managerial. The successful candidate will lead from the front, actively building and converting relationships while overseeing a team of associates and business development professionals who support pipeline generation and account development.
The role offers significant earning potential tied directly to growth outcomes and performance, suited to a commercially driven operator who thrives in an incentivised environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and execute the national residential growth strategy with clear revenue targets
* Personally originate and convert new business across law firms, conveyancers, lenders, aggregators, and referral networks
* Build long-term strategic partnerships that increase policy adoption and embed the product within professional workflows
* Drive market education initiatives to increase awareness and uptake of title insurance
* Manage, coach, and direct a team of associates and BD professionals to maximise pipeline generation and account coverage
* Identify new channel opportunities, partnership structures, and commercial models to accelerate residential growth
* Maintain accurate forecasting, sales reporting, and pipeline discipline
* Work closely with executive leadership to align growth strategy with broader business objectives
* Represent the business at industry events and senior stakeholder engagements
About You
* Demonstrated track record of driving revenue growth in a B2B environment
* Strong business development capability with confidence converting at senior decision-maker level
* Experience within property, financial services, legal, lending, or adjacent professional services sectors
* Commercially motivated and comfortable operating within a performance-based remuneration structure
* Strategic thinker who is equally comfortable executing at ground level
* Leadership experience managing sales or business development teams
* High energy, resilient, and results-oriented
This role would suit someone currently in a senior BD/growth, sales director, or state manager role seeking greater earning upside and ownership of a national growth mandate.
Remuneration
