Your Tasks & Duties include
* Greeting and seating guests
* Cleaning, clearing & resetting tables
* Taking orders and making payments
* Preparing beverages and cocktails
* Washing and restocking glassware
* Managing customers and pre-empting RSA issues
Note: You must also be available to work on weekends, nights and public holidays.
Skills & Experience required
* Current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certification (RSA)
* Current Responsible Conduct of Gambling (RCG) - Gaming positions only
* Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work a flexible roster
* Immaculate personal presentation
* Ability to multi-task and work with a sense of urgency
* Cash handling experience including reconciling takings
* Ability to work in a diverse team in a high-pressure environment
* Ability to create a positive, team atmosphere
Note: Gaming and/or Bar & Cocktail experience is required for specialist positions.
