About the Role
We're searching for an experienced Store Manager who thrives in high-volume environments and knows how to keep operations humming. Working a Tuesday to Saturday roster, you'll take full ownership of the store, leading your team to success and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
What you will do
* Lead a close-knit team to meet and exceed sales targets
* Manage high levels of stock and inventory flow
* Maintain visual merchandising to brand standards
* Drive daily operations and team performance
* Deliver exceptional customer service and build customer loyalty
What you will bring
* Previous retail leadership experience, ideally in a high-stock or outlet environment
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* A hands-on, lead-from-the-front approach
* Confidence handling large stock volumes and fast-moving inventory
* A passion for motivating teams and delighting customers
