New graduates or early career podiatrists are fully supported within the Allied Health graduate program with additional growth and development opportunities for those looking to increase their skills and capabilities mid‐career. Ongoing professional development is actively supported, including opportunities to work toward Endorsement for Scheduled Medicines registration.As a Podiatrist within the outpatient and community team, you will deliver high‐quality, evidence‐based podiatry care to a diverse caseload, including people with complex health needs and high‐risk foot conditions. This role is suitable for new graduates seeking a supported entry into community practice, as well as experienced podiatrists looking for variety, professional growth, and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference to the community.Graduates will be supported through the AHP Graduate Program providing structured supervision, mentoring, and development opportunities to build confidence and capability in clinical practice.You will play an important role in helping patients maintain mobility, prevent complications, and manage chronic conditions — often supporting people at critical points in their health journey. The role includes comprehensive assessment and treatment, collaboration within multidisciplinary teams, and involvement in service development, health promotion, and quality improvement initiatives.
