The Opportunity As the Site WHS Coordinator, you’ll take ownership of the safety agenda at a high-volume food production site. You’ll be responsible for coordinating and implementing the WHS strategy, driving a culture of continuous improvement and “safety first.” This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys being on the floor, engaging with teams, and making a real impact. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the site WHS plan Deliver training, audits, toolbox talks, and manage contractors Investigate incidents and liaise with regulatory authorities Oversee emergency management and evacuation procedures Ensure WHS policy integration across departments Monitor and improve WHS performance metrics Implement SOPs and manage WHS documentation Advise senior stakeholders on WHS systems and compliance Coordinate RTW programs and track WHS targets What You’ll Bring: WHS qualifications (Cert IV/Diploma or higher) 2 years in a senior WHS role, ideally in food/FMCG Hands on approach Strong incident investigation and root cause analysis skills Ability to influence and build strong safety culture Proficient in WHS reporting and Microsoft Excel Confident communicator with strong stakeholder engagement Why Apply?
