Responsible for analysis of campaign performance, brand data and market landscape across PGA to deliver consumer insights and Go To Market recommendations for stronger 360 marketing campaign activity in line with Global direction.
**Key accountabilities**:
- Collate Global campaign specific data insights shared and simplify in local campaign planning documents
- Conduct regular campaign analysis to understand and review market potential and campaign relevancy and distribution as per local TLU.
- Analyse post campaign performance of local campaigns to present wins and learnings for Local and Global Post Mortem
- Collect and analyse macro impacts to understand each market in PGA, the environment, the audience and their buying habits and needs, to better identify market potential and factors influencing product demand. Deliver findings in Weekly Trade Reporting
- Translate complex data for reporting presentations for local and global team
- Work alongside Brand Specialist to monitor monthly brand awareness measures utilising Athena and deliver results for Weekly Trade Reporting
- Responsible for analysis and tracking of competitor marketing activity
- Perform regular analysis of spend by marketing channel and the results achieved, to better understand market potential and future opportunities
**Pivotal and professional qualifications**:
- 5 years minimum previous analyst experience essential
- University degree in Business, Economics, Commerce or related discipline preferred
- Background in marketing or media agency; familiarity with retail environment preferred
- Experience working within marketing, preferably in the retail environment
- Experience in MicroStrategy or similar Business Application
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook)
- Ability to develop and maintain collaborative working relationships across all functions within the business
- Strong communication skills; confident at presenting data and insights to key internal stakeholders
- Exceptional attention to detail; strong administration and organisation skills
- Ability to work independently, to tight deadlines at times
