Agribusiness Manager – Central Queensland Regional & AgriBusiness Banking team

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and manage a portfolio of agribusiness customers.
* Assess the economic value and risk potential of new business.
* Educate customers about their business options and provide sound advice about risk and opportunities for growth.
* Proactively call on networks of contacts to identify new business and referral opportunities.
* Implement initiatives to support customer acquisition in the local market.
Qualifications
* Previous experience working as a banker, preferably in Agribusiness.
* Experience in all aspects of financial analysis and credit assessment.
* Passion for relationship management and delivering exceptional customer service.
* Proactive problem‐solver who makes decisions and thrives in a dynamic environment.
* Strong commercial acumen and the ability to identify opportunities in the market.
