GP Veterinary Nurse - Part-time Opportunity
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced GP veterinary nurse to cover maternity leave on a part-time basis.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with consultations, surgeries, and patient care
* Administer medications and prepare animals for procedures
* Run in-house pathology and assist with imaging (ultrasound & radiography)
* Maintain hospital hygiene and post-operative monitoring
* Identify operational improvements and contribute to a positive clinic environment
* Participate in reception duties and client education
About You:
* At least 2 years' experience as a veterinary nurse
* Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing (or equivalent experience)
* Confidence in surgical, medical, and reception duties
* Initiative, strong communication skills, and a commitment to high standards of patient and client care
