Job Overview
This is a dynamic opportunity to work as a Logistics and Armoured Vehicle Technician. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch maintenance and advisory services for logistics and armoured vehicles.
Key Responsibilities
* Diagnose and repair vehicles, turrets, and weapons to ensure they are in optimal working condition.
* Accurately document work in the RDA ERP/ISSDB system.
* Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders as the face of the organisation.
* Closely monitor repair progress of vehicles and systems.
* Thoroughly investigate warranty requests for accuracy and plausibility.
Requirements
* Possess a Certificate III in Heavy Diesel Mechanics or equivalent qualification.
* Have significant experience maintaining European trucks and armoured vehicles.
* Demonstrate exceptional automotive diagnostic skills with European manufacturers.
* Familiarity with CANBUS technology.
* In possession of Australian Security Clearance.
* Awareness of the Land Materiel Safety Manual and ADF technical standards.
* Ability to travel interstate and internationally.
* Capacity to work independently with minimal supervision.
* Australian citizenship.
