We pride ourselves in our quality service, with small class sizes & flexible learning environments.
Our foundation skills programs provide opportunities for people with intellectual or cognitive disabilities to reach their personal and vocational goals along with gaining a Certificate I in Transition Education or Certificate II in Work Education qualification. Classes run from 9:30am - 3:30pm two days per week in training locations spanning across all of Melbourne. You may also be eligible to train in our other courses if you are looking for additional work.
EmployEase provide all session plans, PowerPoints and assessment guides. The successful applicant will bring enthusiasm to the classroom and have a desire to see their students succeed.
**Position Description**:
- Trainer/Assessor Certificate I in Transition Education & Certificate II in Work Education
- Professional, presentable and reliable
- Deliver quality training in line with quality outcomes in a classroom setting
- Facilitate class, group or individual training across a range of learning style
- Completing paperwork to meet National Standards

**Essential Selection Criteria**:
- Special Education qualification OR considerable experience in working with people with disabilities
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
- Current Working with Children Check
- NDIS screening check
- Covid19 Vaccinated
**Desirable**:
- Previous experience delivering community services courses
- Sound understanding of VET system
- Ability to communicate with, and support, a wide range of learners
